It was decided that a change needed to be put in place to assist both the Registrar and the Lay Directors and teams for the upcoming flight. Effective immediately, the cutoff date for sponsoring a caterpillar for a flight will be two, (2) weeks prior to the flight weekend. If, at this time the Registrar does not have twelve (12) boys and twelve (12) girls, the flight will be rescheduled.
Also, it is important to know and remember that to be a sponsor for a caterpillar, you must be an adult. Sponsorship is very important and it entails much planning and work in order to make the flight for the caterpillar a very fulfilling weekend.
